The first-ever Home of XR megabooth was a resounding success at Gamescom 2024 — and we’re exploring options for going even bigger and bolder for Gamescom 2025!
In addition to the small and large pods for exhibiting games in the invite-only section of the booth (which we featured in 2024), we’re looking into the possibility of adding two additional options for exhibitors:
- Freeplay Arcade: Located outside of the invite-only area, the Freeplay Arcade will provide an unmanaged experience that allows Gamescom attendees to walk up and try gaming experiences without an appointment
- Meeting Rooms: Dedicated space for companies without the need for an exhibition pod who are looking to engage in B2B, media, or other meetings behind closed doors
Pricing is not firm yet, but estimates for space can be found below:
- Small Pod: 25,000 EUR
- Large Pod: 37,500 – 40,000 EUR
- Freeplay Arcade: 5,000-10,000 EUR
- Meeting Room: TBC
